Methodology

My approach to project management is grounded in classic SDLC and Waterfall methods primarily because these map essential milestones for a successful launch. However, the fast pace of advertising and budget constraints of small organizations mandate rapid development. I find Agile and Scrum tactics to be useful for daily & weekly operation.

My work follows four principal stages:

Phase 1: Discovery

Integrated Strategy
Research & Planning
Media Planning
Technology Definition
Vendor Selection / RFP Process

Phase 2: Design

Phase 3: Development
